I know that you haven't started your project yet, but your image implies that you will be limiting your blog to the role of child soldiers in the Iraq war. I think that is an interesting angle and probably workable in terms of narrowing such a big topic into a realistic chunk that can be accomplished within the scope of this assignment.
It's a nice start, but I didn't see how the picture related to the topic at first. If you're focusing on child soldiers, you might want to make that evident in the blog title.
